MEET OUR PANUCCI "FAMILY":
 BECKY MORRIS
New Patient Consultant
Registered Dental Hygienist
Becky has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 19 years. Becky never dreamed she'd be working in an orthodontic office, but after meeting Dr. Panucci many years ago and seeing the extraordinary results in their mutual patients, her interest in the field of orthodontics soon bloomed into somewhat of a passion.
Becky describes her teammates as "incredible". "I can't say enough about Dr. Panucci and our entire team. It's not just about creating beautiful, healthy smiles at our office….it is also about having a positive impact and relationship with each patient individually. My husband Greg, and I were both patients of Dr. Panucci's several years ago and we know first hand what an amazing person as well as an extraordinary orthodontist she is."
Both Becky and her husband Greg, are very involved at Elkview Baptist Church. Gracie and Glory, two of the world's most precious Labrador retrievers, create lots of fun and excitement in the Morris household!
 PATTI SHAFFER
Appointment Coordinator
With a style all her own and 12 years of invaluable experience, Patti has been around the orthodontic world a long time. Her unique sense of humor brings tons of fun to our patients and team members alike!
"I love to talk to all the different people I meet in the office and I enjoy the children so much…they are so honest and say the funniest things! They really seem to have fun here!" Patti states with a grin.
Away from the office, Patti and her husband of 31 years have two children, Travis, 22 and Nikki, 23. Patti also enjoys traveling, camping, and horses.
 KELLEY GILMORE
Financial Director
Kelley is a multi-talented member of Dr. Panucci's committed team, wearing many hats with knowledge galore! "I love watching patients bloom as they go through orthodontic treatment - talk about building self-esteem!" she states.
Kelley loves traveling, music, reading, photography and scrapbooking. She and her husband Jim have two teenagers (Chelseah and J.C.) and two dogs (Gracie and Pedro) - life at the Gilmores' is never dull!
 LORI MALLORY
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lori is a registered dental hygienist who chooses to practice orthodontics because she loves watching treatment progress with the patients. Lori also practices dental hygiene in a private practice 1 1/2 days a week.
"My co-workers are so supportive and team oriented... and of course, a great boss makes orthodontics a great second profession!" Lori and her husband Mark have two children, Brittany and Nicholas. She enjoys watching her children play soccer, baseball, and basketball. Lori is the director of the children's choir and also very active with the youth at her church. In her spare time, she loves to shop.
 BEV SCHISSLER
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Bev offers each patient a bright smile and encouraging conversation. She loves seeing the changes in the teeth, in the smiles, and also an increase in the overall self-esteem of the patients. Bev says, "Dr. Panucci, with her knowledge and enthusiasm, make it an enjoyable place to work-- the positive results are fantastic. The Doctor provides opportunities for us to attend continuing education courses throughout the year. . .she is constantly striving to help us excel in our profession."
Bev was born in Arizona and grew up all over the Western United States. An avid gardener, Bev also loves creating stained glass, sewing, and crafts of any kind, but she really enjoys golfing with Rob, her husband. They have many precious godchildren and a doggie, Cowboy Ben, as well as Laz, the cat.
 CHRIS MEADOWS
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
When asked to describe what she likes about working here, she exclaimed, "Everything! Wonderful co-workers... working with people of all ages... seeing amazing work by Dr. Panucci... #1 place to work, #1 Boss!"
Chris and her wonderful husband, Todd, are the proud parents of their son, Garrett. Out of the office, Chris enjoys cooking, crafts and being with family.
 LORI BURDETTE
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Lori loves the challenge that orthodontics brings. Having completed Carver Career Center for Dental Assisting, she worked as a dental assistant for 10 years before joining the staff. "Orthodontics is an amazing field for dentistry. I love what we offer to our patients."
Lori and her husband, Matt, have a busy life away from the office as they are blessed with two children, Mason and Morgan.
 MELISSA FIELDS
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
A certified orthodontic assistant, Melissa, provides gentle care for her patients in a soothing, reassuring manner, also remembering even the smallest personal detail. Melissa loves working with Dr. Panucci and her awesome team members!
Melissa and her husband Scott stay busy keeping up with their two children, Devin and Madison, as well as their cat, Oreo. When not driving her children to athletic events, and band concerts, Melissa enjoys shopping, going to the movies, and spending time outdoors with her family.
 CARLI CRABTREE
Clinical Assistant/Invisalign Specialist
"Wow, what DON'T I love about Dr. Panucci's office?" states Carli with her engaging smile. "The team members working together in such a positive atmosphere is great, and of course, Dr. Panucci is just awesome! Excellent results with such a warm, one-on-one approach just makes me proud to be part of her team!"
Carli, her husband, John, and her beautiful daughter Kaitlyn, joined us after moving to the area from Pittsburgh, where she graduated Dental Assisting school in 2000. As a Certified Invisalign Specialist, Carli brings a wealth of knowledge in many areas of orthodontics, ranging from traditional to state-of-the-art modalities. Carli has a new addition to her family; Cookie, their schnauzer. Away from the office she loves going to the beach, being outdoors, scuba diving, as well as being an avid NASCAR fan.
 JENNI STEPHENSON
Director of Clinical Operations
Jenni joins our team in a multi-task position. She oversees the clinic, helps with clinical research and runs the Records Room. "Working with this team is pretty amazing. Taking care of our patients is the doctor's number one focus, and it shows!" this versatile young lady states with pride. Jenni married her childhood sweetheart, Joey, and they have two kids: Tayven, their little girl and Cobra, their dachshund. In her spare time, she loves to play sports. Jenni also enjoys camping and the outdoors.
 STEPHANIE CARNES
Insurance Specialist
Stephanie Carnes is indeed multi-talented…she has worn many hats since she came to the office in 2003 ranging from appointment coordinator to lab assistant! Her intense focus and attention to detail has landed her the role of Insurance Specialist for Dr. Panucci. Highly organized and personable, Stephanie enjoys the challenge and structure needed to process and follow-up on the countless insurance claims that pass through the office.
Outside the office, “Mrs. Carnes” (as she likes to refer to her newlywed self!) and her husband Jeremy, love spending their time together. They enjoy camping in WV State Parks, as well as the whole beach experience! Having obtained an Associate Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Stephanie thoroughly enjoys taking pictures. Her favorite subject to photograph? That would be “Mr. Carnes” of course!
 HOPE BAILEY
Orthodontic Assistant
"This is a wonderful place to work!" states Hope emphatically. "My co-workers and the doctor are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. I can't believe the people I know that come through the door, people I haven't seen in years. It seems like everyone comes to Dr. Panucci's for their orthodontics."
Hope and her husband Fred have two beautiful daughters, Emily, 9 and Allie, 6. Her favorite thing to do is watch her daughters do what they love: dance, play soccer and ride motorcycles (with their daddy of course!) In her spare time, she enjoys shopping (especially with her mother!)
 DEE MILES
New Patient Consultant
Dee's enthusiasm and love for her patients shines through as she educates them about the choices available in today's orthodontics. "From early Phase I intervention to Invisalign- Dr. Panucci provides extraordinary orthodontic results! Seeing patients from age 5 to 75 and making a difference in their lives is one of the most rewarding things I've ever been a part of!"
Away from the office, Dee enjoys walking, scrap booking and spending time with her two children, Zach and Megan, who attend Marshall University (Go Herd!). She also has two Labrador retrievers, Tannah and Little Miss Zoey, who fill her days with joys and challenges.
 TINA CRANE
Practice Administrator
Tina was first introduced to Dr. Panucci and her wonderful staff when she brought her daughter in for orthodontic treatment. "The energy, professionalism, and friendliness that are so prevalent in the practice excited me. I wouldn't have dreamed of taking my daughter to anyone else. And I was thrilled to be offered an opportunity to become a part of such a dynamic team!"
With a BA in English from Glenville State College, and a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication from West Virginia University, Tina is in charge of systemizing the practice, as well as the Director of Coaching Services for Dr. Panucci's newest venture, Panucci Coaching Group, LLC (www.panuccicoaching.com).
Tina's favorite activity when not at work is traveling with her husband, Bill, and their three children, Nicole, Derek, and Joshua.
 CURT BLAIR
Lab Technician
Trained at Great Lakes Orthodontics in New York, 1996, Curt loves working at Dr. Panucci's. "We have an absolutely great working atmosphere in the office! We are truly a family, and I think that's why we connect with our patients so well."
Away from the office Curt enjoys spending time with his daughter, Tannah, and son, Banyon. He also stays busy with his Newfoundland puppy, Rosco. Curt's other interests include bodybuilding, weightlifting, and helping friends with their fitness and nutrition needs as well as racing in the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America)
 SANDI PAYNE
New Patient Coordinator
I have been impressed with Dr. Panucci and her team since they started treating my children years ago. I trusted her to be the best and working here has confirmed; she truly is the best. The office has always been very professional and fun. I knew this would be a great place to work and I have not been disappointed. The busy pace at home has prepared me for the busy pace at the office. Between my husband and 3 sons, there is always some activity going on; ranging from music to sports. One of my greatest joys outside my family is my work with the children’s program at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
